Bug#728711: #728711: debootstrap bug?

I can confirm this bug, but I think that it's related to the 
debootstrap package. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the log 
is from debootstrap. It's the same for the OP.

I don't have any debian-installer package installed.
I have used live-build to build my own live cd.
