Thanks Ian, I have the same versions of grub and os-prober, that's odd as you say. The other difference I see is that my Debian install is not over RAID1, only the Ubuntu one. When I have time I will try in a VM with a RAID 1 Debian boot + another Debian boot on regular partition. Thanks again for your interest. Regards, -- Chris
