Also, modify the translation file date so that it is modified too when the file in preseed/debian/po is changed by the sync script....and my own monitoring tools can detect that preseed has a change in a translation. Here, I noticed your change only because I monitor commits..:-). I could have missed it and no upload would happen...until something else is fixed.
