Hello,
I just did a fresh minimal install of lenny (basic textmode system, no X.org or other extras from tasksel, encrypted lvm ext3 root partition) on the decTop, then upgraded to squeeze, with the following result: The kb functioned at all times during the install and before the upgrade, and continued to function with the lenny kernel (2.6.26-2-486) after the upgrade, but immediately freezes upon leaving the grub menu after choosing to boot the squeeze kernel (2.6.32-5-486) from the grub menu. Here is exactly what I did after installing lenny on the decTop: apt-get install openssh-server apt-get update apt-get upgrade apt-get dist-upgrade (nothing else installed or upgraded, since this was a fresh install) changed /etc/apt/sources.list to point to squeeze instead of lenny archive apt-get update apt-get upgrade apt-get install linux-image-2.6.26-2-486 update-grub apt-get install udev reboot (kb worked fine in the grub menu, also after booting with 2.6.26-2-486. also tried to boot 2.6.32-5-486, but the kb froze immediately after choosing this kernel.) apt-get -d dist-upgrade apt-get dist-upgrade upgrade-from-grub-legace reboot (once again, the keyboard worked fine in grub menu and was usable with 2.6.26-2-486, but froze right after choosing 2.6.32-5-486 from grub menu) I hope this is useful.
