It's a USB drive incorporated into the end of a bottle opener that my company gives away to college students at career fairs (containing a pamphlet PDF). :-) I originally chose it because it's the smallest one I had that could fit the netinst image. The USB part of it is probably the cheapest hardware they could find (understandably)... So, I wouldn't worry about any real-world incompatibility issues.
