Partitioning recipe for IBM Power machines already creates PReP partition for yaboot. If we do check for PReP partition in addition to /boot/grub to allow grub installer it will make grub the default bootloader on IBM Power machines for wheezy. This would be great if we are sure that d-i installs grub with no issues.
