based on the date, I assume Frans was operating the build through a crontab, which was probably disabled in the meanwhile. I think we should be able to restore a periodic rebuild of the html manual on d-i.debian.org (and redirect d-i.alioth.debian.org to there). I can't work on this right now since I'm busy with beta2, and I haven't looked much at the installation guide build system yet. But if you remind me in a week from now, I should be able to settle this in cooperation with DSA (we will probably need to have some of i-g's build dependencies added to the d-i meta package for debian.org machines).
