Apart from s390-netdevice translations being sort of useless (I don't know if they can be turned on at all, you can't do UTF-8 at that point at least), I did a recent upload: http://packages.qa.debian.org/s/s390-netdevice/news/20120522T145708Z.html Isn't that sufficient?
