Hello, You can (a)build your own udebs and build you d-i image. (b)Download the required udeb and place it in localudebs directory. Please see http://d-i.alioth.debian.org/doc/talks/debconf6/paper/index.html#id2536380.
If both are not possible, I do not know how to proceed.
