Subject: boot-floppies: [powerpc] can't install kernel/modules from a hard disk

Package: boot-floppies
Version: N/A; reported 2001-11-20
Severity: important

When I try to install the kernel and modules from another partition of the
hard disk, the installer restarts itself. Possibly because the partition has
ext3 filesystem? The partition was cleanly unmounted, so I'm not sure if it
could be the reason...
