Well, partman-nbd is a component of Debian Installer, so its translation should indeed be done inside the D-I translation framework. Its strings are indeed in sublevel 4 of D-I translations. I could easily merge the PO files and commi tthis to D-I SVN, but D-I Spanish l10n is handled by Javier (CC'ed) and I first need his approval. Javier, by the way, there are several other pending translation updates for D-I. That could deserve an update..:-)
