Package: debian-installer Severity: wishlist Tags: d-i It would be nice for the installer to generate a preseed file with all of the other installation files in /var/log/installer. I find that a lot of the boxes I build wind up being cookie cutter or at least similar enough that I wind up adapting previous builds. Generating a preseed for each build would allow savvy admins to build a pool of preseed files which could be selected for later builds.
