Regarding netboot/xen/xm-debian.cfg, the line
#extras = "debian-installer/exit/always_halt=true -- quiet console=hvc0"
has no effect when uncommented, the name of the option needs to be
corrected to extra, not extras.
This has been the case for me using xen 4.0.1 on squeeze.
