Speaking as a user, I think this is a bad idea. Not giving a name to
the first user seems very un-friendly to me.
But it's actually much worse than just "unfriendly".
Implementing this change will necessitate a long and very-likely-to-be-
misunderstood and confusion-causing (and worse yet, ignored-by-those-
who-most-need-it) discussion in the installer documentation of how to
create user accounts after the first boot.
Are you prepared for that kind of churn?
