I compared `iso-scan.postinst` to the one in the master branch from [3] (3e40e214) and they are identical. Unfortunately due to the graphical user > interface it is not very elaborate. Ok I used `iso-scan.postinst > 20110603-iso 2>&1` so I could not see what to enter. But adding `set -x` it is also logged when using the menu. I will send the log privately because there are some files of friends on there. I guess it is some quoting issues and it would be great if a common test case could be found. And I made another discovery. Using a clean USB medium, i. e. no other files than the Debian Installer files are on there, the ISO files is detected and `isolist` is populated. So as a workaround please delete/move other files before trying to use that medium for installation.
