Package: debootstrap Version: 1.0.26+squeeze1_all I've followed the method described here http://www.debian.org/releases/stable/i386/apds03.html.en to install Debian on a distant server. Everything worked fine until I tried to use MAKEDEV.
$ cd /dev $ MAKEDEV generic bash: MAKEDEV: command not found $ find / -name "MAKEDEV" $ I suggest to add MAKEDEV to files which are installed by debootstrap. I am using GNU/Linux 2.6.36.2 (custom kernel : sdf125-core2-32 from SD-France) i686. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-boot-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
