So, back in 2009 this bug was opened and it seems to have been stalled, partly because people thought that XTS was not mainstream enough, but its 2011 now and a lot of people use it.
I agree with the "don't hide things from the user and don't double the key without telling them" sentiments that are raised, but howdy, can we get some resolution on this and get them in please? Its really annoying to have to drop to a shell in d-i and wget some modules, and get them loaded and then modify partmancrypto's available options on every machine, when it could just be built in. danke, micah --
