Same failure as before.  Third try.

Recap:

Partman correctly assembles bios raid 10 set and correctly finds VGs and LVs and shows same in manual partitioning screens. However, partman fails to mount / and kernel bugchecks with the same invalid opcode previously reported in the md driver.

Is this going to be fixed?

The system setup is correct and installations of ubuntu, fedora and suse were successrul.

This should be a blocker.
