In the task selection menu, I wasn't sure how to select/deselect individual tasks. I ended up putting the cursor on the first box (graphical desktop install) and hitting <enter> to see what would happen. Well, the system raced off and started doing a graphical desktop install - which I didn't want! The only option seemed to be to abort the install and start again from the beginning. I now see that some other screens have a note at the bottom '<space> to select'. I think this would help considerably on the tasks menu. Overall, a nice clean install. Thanks.
