We could even activate l10n on these templates. Anyway, the published l10n status will be based on what we had at the end of the string freeze (mid-July). The l10n status became worse later on because we activated some new strings in a few randomly used packages but the real status is still very close to the one in mid-July. I'm not fond of keeping untranslatable stuff...because we'll forget about it later on.
