I second this request. Please install dovecot instead of the other packages.
PS: the mail-server task also has a comment with "# HELP: what about some webmail thing?" which would be a good idea if there is something that makes a good consensus (roundcube?).
Instead of roundcube I'd recommend squirrelmail, which I have running nicely on a server that has nothing more than 50MB of RAM.
