Hello, only for information: the same behaviour was observed with squeeze installer Alpha 1 (the detection of the CD was failed the first time).
With the lenny installer 5.0.4, this behaviour was not observed. The installation was successfully with lenny installer. If you need more information, please let me know. Regards Bernhard
