Oh, that's just because unfortunately nobody who's currently active in the D-I team cares to update such lists. (Just to be clear: I'm no longer really active on the team as the release team has made it clear that they don't value input from domain experts. I still regret their poor attitude, but am unwilling to spend huge amount of my time on D-I or Debian while others are allowed to break things due to indifference or carelessness; I do accept honest mistakes of course.)
