Hello, we have the same problem here. It is here even more worse, because we use the autoinstall feature via pxe and preseed file. Until know I did not find a way to suppress "The kernel was unable to re-read the partition table on /dev/mdX" message. So during installation you have to ignore this error for any partition manually.
