Log Message:

Yow, USE_LANGUAGE_CHOOSER requires untold amounts of extra space
in root.bin.  Add an extra 400 blocks to netwinder and riscpc images,
200 blocks for shark.  Also, use separate variable for shark kernel
version since 2.4.x is required there.
