--- Begin Message ---Package: debian-installer Severity: important It seems that /etc/udeb-source contains "unstable" in the lenny mini.iso. Since the udebs are downloaded via the network when using mini.iso, the installer ends up pulling in udebs from current unstable and failing due to some recently introduced incompatibilities. Switching to vt2 and changing /etc/udeb-source to contain "stable" before the downloading the installer components (in expert mode) allows the installation to procede. noah

Mine was apparently downloaded on 10 January. Apparently I'm just mis-remembering things. I'll close this bug.... noah
