I ran into this one a while ago and forgot to post the solution, which is
that you have to make sure that you are netbooting a 'pxelinux.0' which at
least as new as the version of 'vesamenu.c32'. It seems that the changes
to pxelinux.0 in syslinux are back-compatible with earlier copies of
vesamenu.c32, but not the other way round. Simply upgrade to pxelinux.0
from the Lenny images as well and the problem is fixed :-)
