If you choose the mount option 'noexec' for a partition in the partition manager, it doesn't show up in /etc/fstab after installation. This is a 2,5 years ago reported bug that still exists in D-I RC2: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=383912 -- Roel Koops
