Done in compat (cf. mail from herbert).

Just checked the root.bin from compat in boot-floppy-3.0.11. The device
isn't
there.
That's what I got on a running PowerEdge :
$ ls -lisa /dev/afa*

/dev/afa1
And in attachement is the MAKEDEV.afa from RH/Dell.
