For example: If you look at packages.debian.org, the package esound-clients was migrated to testing at the beginning of 2006. Because this is a minor issue, you can ignore this or not. I will do an dist-upgrade immediately after installation and all is fine. But it looks better to have an up-to-date system after installation. If you need more information, please let me know.
