-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello,
I'm doing some Lenny test installs using the daily netinst image from [0]. I downloaded the .iso image from 20080822, which matches its entry on the provided MD5SUMS[1] file. My test installs are done using a host system based on Debian unstable fully updated as of some minutes ago, using kernel 2.6.26-1-686 (package version 2.6.26-3) from Debian and KVM version 72+dfsg-1, also from Debian. I'm able to use virtualized network and disks only if I manually go back to main-menu, lower the debconf priority to "low" and select manually the virtio-modules package to be loaded. Is there a way to automatically install the virtio-modules package so that there's no need to go back to main-menu and do it manually ? I'm asking because based on what Jérémi said on [2] I thought both network and block drivers were automatically loaded. I already read the Installation Manual on [3] and couldn't find any pointers on how to automatically install a given .udeb prior to network and disk detection so the modules provided by this package are usable within d-i without having to resort to manual steps.
