Yes, I noticed this too. I used ftp.us.debian.org, and assumed that it would propagate sooner or later. According to wget -S of the package file from the Swedish mirror: HTTP request sent, awaiting response... HTTP/1.1 200 OK Date: Sat, 16 Aug 2008 15:13:58 GMT Server: Apache/2.2.6 (Unix) Last-Modified: Mon, 11 Aug 2008 08:03:53 GMT while the one from the US mirror was last-modified Fri, 15 Aug. so I'm unsure why the se-mirror has not been updated. I did a quick check, the Norwegian mirror also has the "old" version, while the Finnish mirror was updated on Fri, 15 Aug. Since se and fi are close, you could use that in the mean time.
