hi I have mounted on my pc, the three Debian-DVDs in three directories
/debian/DVD1 /debian/DVD2 /debian/DVD3 (addr: 10.0.0.2 - server: vsftpd) so I can apt-get packages from others pc using: deb ftp://10.0.0.2/debian/DVD1 etch main contrib deb ftp://10.0.0.2/debian/DVD2 etch main contrib deb ftp://10.0.0.2/debian/DVD3 etch main contrib it works ok with apt-get, but I can't using it to create a new installation (Change mirror -> ftp -> 10.0.0.2 -> /debian/DVD1 -> stable) I can't find out information about it, so can someone help me? is it difficult to create a *compatible* mirror using DVDs? thanks for all -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
