Fixed the serial console not 9600 problem.
this will break if you use a /dev/cuaX device, but according to the
baseconfig.c code, that was only in 2.0.x kernels, and woody uses 2.2 or 2.4
kernels only, so i am no greatly worried about it.
baseconfig.c: modifes the actual inittab.real file with the baud
dbootstrap.h/main.c: added bootargs.console (struct BootArgs)
