win32-loader is listed in "level 3" translations in http://d-i.alioth.debian.org/l10n-stats However, for a reason I had no time to work on, it is marked as missing for a few days now. So, it's likely that Ivan was thinking that the translation is missing. Sorry, the wrong information comes from the i18n infrastructure.
