/etc/resolv.conf holds the nameservers used when resolving hosts (eg:
www.cnn.com).  To input your nameserver addresses use the network setup
utility in the Libranet Adminmenu.

Soounds like you have your resolution to high?  You can also change this
from the Libranet Adminmenu.
