reformat powermac partition warnings to make code more readable/editable

fix bootstrap partition check to only run after the partitioner exits
so the user does not get a warning about a missing bootstrap partition
when they ask to partition the disk but before the partitioner is even
run.

fix quik warning about /boot partitions so its actually displayed

prevent mounting of non-ext2 partitions on /boot (powermac only).
