dbootstrap/powermac.c

[Stephen R Marenka]

dbootstrap/powermac.c seems to be an early attempt to figure out whether 
a machine was NewWorld based on the device tree. We have easier ways now and
the file isn't even listed in the Makefile, is there any point in keeping it?
