debootstrap cleanup

Debootstrap leaves a lot of files in /var/cache/apt in the chroot it
makes. The Packges files can be useful, but the debs are pretty much a
waste of space. Does anything in the boot-floppies clean that up? If
not, I'm thinking about putting an apt-get clean or so in base-config..
