reiserfs eneabled installer for woody is still a possibility.
since it looks like that 2.2.19 (or a variant thereof) shall be the
default kernel for at least one reiserfs supported architecture, it will
be ultimately up to the kernel maintainer as to which route to go:
1) yet-another-flavor
2) patch the default kernel
i can go either way.
they both have their merits, and their drawbacks. i tend towards the
yet-another-flavour because i frown upon a patched kernel. i believe the
base kernel should be what you get from kernel.org
however, i am easy and am very willing to #2 work, if all others
affected do not mind.
i was kind of hoping to see the 2.4.x kernel be the default across the
board, so this would be a moot point.
