I havent looked into debootstrap, but from the patch it may be possible
to do a cheap busybox implementation of it
There are starting to be quite a few generalised packge handling
functions in busybox now (from dpkg, dpkg-deb applets), there are a few
which i have locally that i havent commited yet, they are part of the
busybox anna applet im working on.
I will put it on my TODO list, but its not going to happen for a few
weeks...
