Hmm, we don't have Build-Recommends, but I can add it to recommends.
I agree depends may be too much -- its something set in the 'config'
file anyhow.
Better yet, add a check in make/checks to see if we can actually
achieve root and do mounts and unmounts and such. Patches accepted.
I'll make that change to the control file though.
