I also put busybox_* in /archive/debian/download/cache/archives/
ftp_archive := /archive/debian
# where required .debs are downloaded
archive := $(ftp_archive)/download
but it did not help. I have the impression busybox even got deleted there?
I'll try again after cvs update...
