Instructions for making a sparc TFTP image?

I'm trying to make a sparc TFTP image, so I can install Debian on my
sparcstation 2.
(The current image does not work, from what I understand, there's an issue
with SILO).

Unfortunately, I haven't found any concrete information on how to do that,
other than
a pointer to tilo.

Could  someone walk me through the process?
