I'd prefer to have a separate section because it makes life easier for
the installer if it's pulling modules right off a debian mirror -- if
all the installer stuff is in one place, it can easily find all the
modules it may want to install, without having to sort through the rest
of Debian.
It also makes it easier for people who are looking for a specific
installer module, and I think it'll make boot-floppies management easier
in the long run.
Besides, we're _going_ to have conflicts. /sbin/init comes especially to
mind.
