Tryed to install from ext2fs using rescue.bin, get errors:
modprobe: Can't locate module net-pf-1
insmod: /lib/modules/2.2.15/net/8390.o: insmod eth0 failed
My guess is that rescue.bin has an old version of root.bin.
Note: rescue.bin was from 2.2.15, the current version.

This bug has been fixed as of boot-floppies 2.2.16, available in the
