The dropped patches fix-parallel-build.patch and replace-radsecret.patch are documented in the wrong debian/changelog entry for 3.2.6+dfsg-1. I.e. as they are present in the freeradius 3.2.6+dfsg-1 source available in the Debian archive, their removal should be documented in the 3.2.6+dfsg-1~bpo12+1 upload instead.
