In case it matters, my partition layout is very simple with /boot on the root partition and I'm using u-boot-menu to generate a /boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf. At the "press any key..." prompt I try pressing keys on the keyboard to stop the countdown, but nothing happens and u-boot proceeds with the default boot entry in extlinux.conf. Is there anything else I could try? Kind regards, Andrei -- http://wiki.debian.org/FAQsFromDebianUser
