Yeah, I purchased a SoftIron Overdrive 1000 recently. I also purchased the 3-day shipping for an additional $50 USD. I'm into my second week and the machine still has not arrived. The support@ contact, called out on the website, does not respond to emails. Other email addresses, like sales@, simply bounces. I'm beginning to think SoftIron is a scam. I'm guessing I'm going to have to call VISA and to straighten things out. Jeff
