You are not very likely to find tablets with even one audio input and certainly not spdif. That's just not the kind of thing tablets are used for, and most tablets are NOT running plain linux and are often hard to get enough details about to make it happen yourself. Not sure how much processing power WSJT needs. There are a number of options out there with iMX6 quad core chips, although I am curious what kind of boards we might see soon for the DRA7xx that has been getting merged into Linus's git tree lately (OMAP57xx I believe will be the actual chip name).
